Puerto Rico is situated on the south-west coast of Gran Canaria.

The island’s proximity to the African continent ensures an ideal climate, particularly to travel in the winter, when the temperatures remain constant at around 20-25ºC.
Gran Canaria has volcanic origins, and the contrast of landscape makes it an interesting and varied place to travel to.

Puerto Rico has a sandy beach encompassed by two small harbors. There is also an excellent beach in the neighboring cove, Amadores, which has numerous modern facilities. Both beaches are clean, well maintained and fully equipped with toilets, showering facilities and sun-bed hire. There is an incredible choice of boat cruises and watersport activities available from the harbour in Puerto Rico.

In Puerto Rico you will find that the majority of shops and restaurants are situated in commercial centers. The main centre is at the heart of Puerto Rico. For those who enjoy the nightlife on their holidays, the bars are also in the commercial centers. There is an adequate and economical taxi service that functions around the clock and also a regular internal bus service.

Puerto Rico is an ideal place for a winter or summer (last minute) holiday, whether you travel with children, friends or alone you will find the welcome you are looking for.

Directions to Morasol Suites

Leave the airport to the south along the GC1 motorway.
Go past the airport Arinaga and Maspalomas in the direction of Mogán.
When the motorways ends, take the roundabout to the left.
Go under the Puerto Rico tunnel and then turn right at the next roundabout.
You will see Morasol Suites after some 900 meters right across from the pier.
